I am the first to put up a bad review when a company is not interested in finding a solution to a problem. But in the case of Auto Blackbox and in particular Rowan what unbelievable support. I had a very complex issue that was no fault of Blackvue or Auto Blackbox and Rowan worked tirelessly to keep me up to date and to resolve the issue. I can’t stress enough how above and beyond Rowan went to eliminate my issue. Apart from the Blackvue being an amazing product it is customer service like this that will always keep me coming back. Could not praise this company enough. Thank you so very much.

I have had the best experience with auto black box. Shoutout to Oliver for helping me this time around. My dash cam had a fault and he was extremely helpful in providing me with a solution. I had dealt with auto black box a few years ago too and again they were so helpful and didn’t hesitate to resolve issues for me. Couldn’t recommend enough!This level of customer service you barely see nowadays.10/10

Unbelievably good, fast and efficient customer service from Dylan.I had an SD card formatting problem (not the fault of the Blackvue unit) and he spent 50 minutes on the phone to me, and also helped me fix a wifi connection problem.I was incredibly impressed with his system knowledge, patience and professionalism. I run a customer service team and would hire him tomorrow.

Excellent customer service. I went in for a power cord and mount for my old DR750, the team looked over the old unit and replaced the lens and gave it an update free of charge. You just don't expect that level of service these days. We'll done.

Edited 06/11/2019:After just 1.5 years of using the Blackvue Power Magic Battery Pack B-112 ($270), it broke down. Past warranty, unfortunately. What's more unfortunate is, I opened up the unit and found a burned spot, i.e. fire hazard (and imagine this, inside the car). Wrote to the company on Facebook and the reply: The manufacturer have informed us that this can occur if the port connection is loose

It's rare to get customer service worthy of leaving a review these days, but I was so impressed with the customer service I received from these guys! Especially Kieran who helped me with trouble shooting my dash cams. When none of those worked, I sent it in to have it looked at it. I received it back and fixed within a week! I was so happy to get it back before Christmas and all the public holidays! Thanks Kieran and team!
